I love to thrift! Came here today excited to find some cool things but was disappointed ☹️ why is it so expensive?? My local savers is sooo much more reasonable thank goodness…some items are twice the price! Cast iron pans (rusty) 20.99? 😱 my local one sold me one for $12 in mint condition ..probably won’t be back..yikes.. other locations are much cheaper y’all should check them out!

The place was clean and really busy not disorganized or messy. It looked clean and there were lids and matching covers for the sauce pans and although I don't know why I thought a used 4qt. Pasta or chili pot would be less than $10 (wishful thinking, I guess) the pans were in good condition... You ever want used cookware go to Savers!!! Self checkout register too!!! ❤️😁

Horrible treatment by one of the girl staff. Entered the store at 8:30pm and went there to QUICKLY check to see if had something for my costume. I looked through clothing aisles really fast and grabbed a few things. I was almost ready to check out at 8:48. The person I was with had to go to the bathroom. Then at 8:50 they put over the intercom that they were closing in 5 minutes (hours posted say 9 o'clock but I get it). The security guard who I will stay was actually nice and was going around told me they were closing. I told him I was waiting for the person in the bathroom and then we were going to the front. He said okay. The person I was with came out at 8:54. We went to the front and were waiting to check out and there were people in front of us and I thought I saw something that looked like a piece that would work for my costume in the jewlery area (At this location legit 5 steps away from checkout. I went over a only scammed with my eyes to see if the item would work or anything else and then told by same security guard that it was time to check out. I said that I understood and just by habit checked my phone again and it just turned 8:55. As I was talking to HIM and told HIM that I was scanning with my eyes one of the girl staff yelled EXCUSE ME, WERE CLOSING. All registers were full, but one finally was empty when she shouted. It was still 8:55 when I checked my phone. I went over to the register which is SELF checkout, meaning that they would not have to help me at all. They could do any closing stuff that didn't include a customer. I normally in general don't come at late times but as mentioned I was running in as quickly as possible. It was not after operating hours and I was extremely upset to be treated so unprofessionally. I stated before that the security guard was very kind and was just reminding me a second time. I understand wanting to get out at time and is why I know all the times that things happened as constantly was checking my phone so we could get out before 9:00. Left the store at 8:57. Left feeling extremely unhappy and honestly not happy with my purchase as treated like crap when still in operating hours. No other customer should have to be treated this way. I get being more stern if someone was there still shopping around 9:00 or even after but was right at the register just quickly jumping over to look at something that I thought I was going to purchase. Bought significantly less after treatment and left some items, as did not feel like supporting the business that had such horrible staff besides the security guard.

Spent 30 mins looking for a pair of shorts. It is getting colder outside, but I noticed they had shorts out for men’s. Could only find women’s active wear shorts… Decided to settle for the one pair of men’s shorts that may have fit me only to have the cashier refuse to sell them to me because the price tag had fallen off. These shorts were very, very worn and worth $8 at most.

The donation center staff are rude jerks. They literally tossed our carefully-packed boxes, many with glass collectables, even after being warned that there was glass inside. They obviously don't want our donations. I would never donate here again, and encourage others to find alternatives.

They want 30 dollars or more for rusty cast iron pans.. so what I would recommend if you shop here is go find something priced at 2-5 dollars. Peel the sticker off and put it on the item you want. Please steal from this location. Security is usually a high teenager so no need to worry there. Just make sure you steal something

I lost my Phone. After 3 days and finally checking my locator (I didn't think it worked) 1 I tracked it to savers in Woodbury Minnesota. The first thing I did is find the young security guard who was working. I'm so sorry I can't remember your name but Carmen who I'm also going to review will remember it and know who I'm talking about. Anyway, he walked around the entire store with me going on a treasure hunt for my phone. He just followed the arrows where it was directing us on my maps. Must have taken us more than half an hour to finally get to where, the carts. I went to one of the customer service people and told her the situation and she offered to help go through the cars with me. So the security guard, I and Carmen, a sales associate went through the carts. No such luck. Then the security guard, I'm sorry again. I still don't remember your name, remembered that he had found a phone on Friday and had given it to a specific employee. I had called that morning and the day before to see if they had a phone. They told me they did not have a phone in the safe. When the security guard told us this Carmen went right over to the safe. Opened it. Nothing. But both of them thinking outside of the box looked around the safe and on top of the safe. Bam! The employee that the phone was given to placed it on top of the safe instead of 2 in the safe. Now I have my phone back thanks to Carmen and the security guard I'm sorry I don't remember your name again. You guys took time out of your schedule to help me and I appreciate that so much. That kind of customer service is very rare today. You should both get a raise!

Went there yesterday, found the perfect pink dress that I needed for an event. There was no price tag on it so I brought it up to the lady working and she said “unfortunately if there’s not price on it we can’t sell it”. Very upset and disappointed in this store and the staffing because what do you mean you can’t sell it? The table right next to the cashier said “if something is not tagged or is missing the tag we will gladly help and find the price for the item” this just shows they are lazy and they don’t want to do there job. I won’t be returning to this store. I would give the 0/5 stars but it won’t let me. Have some work ethic or at least pretend like you do.

Wow…the prices marked for this used stuff were SO CRAZY HIGH! Items were marked at least twice the prices of Goodwill which are high also. I can get NEW items at their prices. Left after 5 minutes of browsing. No purchases.
