Good services when they actually keep your appointment, but the policies are inconsistent. They can cancel on you last‑minute with no consequences, yet if you cancel, you’re charged in full. The double standard is hard to ignore.

I've been coming here for years and I've always had great service. For hair I always see Anne, but I've also had several spa treatments done by various service providers and they were all fantastic.

Phyllis was really great. The only thing is I wouldnt pay an extra 35 for the happy feet add on. It seemed the same as the regular massage. I could have spent 40 on a pedicure. I would definitely come back to see Phyllis tho.
