Won’t open a lane for people who need a lane. Very selfish staff not very friendly. Stuck up. Just don’t go here unless you’re desperate. Shelves were practically empty while I was there.

I try to avoid Target and Starbucks these days, but today I had to go to Target and had to grab food at the Starbucks inside because I was feeling unwell. The Starbucks employees were great, and I appreciated their friendliness so much. They were working on something with the register and it was taking a while, so they apologized. I said “no problem!” and was happy looking at the MN themed mugs they had. Then I was unsure what to order, since I don’t eat meat, and knew I wasn’t a huge fan of the grilled cheese (too greasy for my stomach) or the impossible sandwich (weird aftertaste). They suggested an egg pesto sandwich and I tried it. It was great! I also went back for a cup of water because I forgot to grab one before hand and they were so nice about it.Their great customer service just proves to me that not everyone who works for crappy corporations are crappy people. Employee customer service would get 5 stars from me! I just can’t really give Target or Starbucks as companies good ratings.

Their employees excel at making others feel unwelcome. Their tone talking to people of color vs whites is totally different. To the point makes you wonder if it sprinkled down from the management. Kind of cringey and sad.

Absolutely ridiculous how many people are walking around yet were not allowed to try clothes on so I have to buy and try on in the bathroom and return.

Yesterday I was put in a situation where two friends of mine and I were villainized but then found innocent. We were personally victimized and it feels to me it was 100% unjust that we were noted down and will have our future target experiences sabotaged from that one bad experience. I feel as though me and my friends were racially profiled since we are of Asian descent and the workers (i should say worker because one specific person was assuming the worst about us) who accused us of shoplifting were white presenting people. I feel as though there was some prejudice involved and that the situation should have been handled more calm instead of jumping to conclusions. I was accused of lying when I fully complied and told the whole truth when I was being reasonable to entire situation. As a result of that bad experience we were noted down and put in the system as accused shoplifters before I was even allowed to state my case and cleared things ups. We were threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t comply, criminalizing us when we weren’t shoplifting whatsoever. We were banned from this specific target for a year for and ACCUSATION. And the other co worker who had to escort us out because of the accusations even told us that our future experiences will now be jeopardized because of this misunderstanding. I could tell the worker who villainized us just wanted us out of the store but to accuse us of such a defaming crime in order to do so violates my character and it hurts me knowing that we were innocent yet we’re jotted down as “criminals” for being falsely accused of shoplifting. 0/10 would not return this place does not come off as racially equal and my experience feels as though I was racially profiled and wasn’t given the benefit of the doubt beforehand. I will never come back to this target.

I moved from Texas and wasn’t very familiar where things were in this target it’s set differently than what I’m used to. I was taking my time shopping while talking in the phone to a good friend of mine. I had noticed about three target employees following me around thinking I was stealing and making me feel uncomfortable. Since the employees were so near by I went up to one of them and asked where the tweezers were. She acted she didn’t want to help me and pointed in the direction on where to find them. She was not concerned about helping me but concerned if I was going to pay for everything I had in my basket. I noticed a white lady ask the same employee for help and gave that white customer a completely different attitude than what I got. The target employee even took her to the item and wished her a good day. I ended up spending about $300 dollars at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be back due to my poor experience. I felt extremely uncomfortable when I was just trying to enjoy my day off with a little shopping. Is this how target is training their employees???

I’m very frustrated with this target. I get that it’s the holidays, and I’ve worked at Target before, but the online pickup was bad. As I’ve said I worked at Target as a teenager, so I know I’m supposed to hit drive up ahead of time so my orders actually ready when I get there. I got there and it took 10 minutes to get my order. There’s not many cars in the parking lot at 9pm but I figure they must be short staffed. A large number of my items in my order were marked as “out of stock” so I needed to run in anyway to find alternatives. Tell me why I literally found almost all of the original products that I needed in the first place. Like if the workers took 10 more seconds to look I would’ve gotten everything but one item that was out of stock. And no I’m not talking about the same item different size either, I’m talking about the actual product. There was also lots of employees just standing around chit chatting at the front, which doesn’t make me as remorseful that y’all marked half my products out of stock. i’m very annoyed, please just do better for someone else because Im not coming back to this location

Went to Minnesota to visit my sister for Labor Day weekend, visited this Target with sister to pick up some items she needed for her house. While we were there I picked up a few items as well. The first mishap that happened was once we arrived to checkout was there wasn't a divider on the counter, her items and my items were widely spaced but the cashier didn't ask if it was all together he just started ringing up the items and continued to ring every thing together. My sister and I both were looking in our purses for payment and noticed the cashier was combining our items together. She calls him on it and instead of him apologizing he continues until she just tells him, don't worry about I'm just ready to get out of here. The second mishap was, apart of my purchase were 6 placemats. I had them folded in half and instead of the cashier unfolding them to count how many I had, he was counting while folded which made it look like I had 12 and not 6. I had to tell this idiot to unfold them and count that there were only 6. After putting them in a bag, he even counted the placemats again. The third and final mishap was when we arrived back at her house, all of my items were missing except for the placemats because I told him to go ahead and ring those separately. I go to my sister's car and look for the bag and it's not there but the charges were on the receipt. Her husband immediately took me back to Target and I went to customer service to see if my bag was taken there and after checking it was not. The associate helping asked if I remembered which cashier it was and I told him yes. We proceeded to go to the cashier but another associate was approaching with a cart full of items that were for RESTOCK and the associate that was helping stopped to ask that associate if my items were in there and they were. That's right every last one of my items were about to be put back on the shelves for RESTOCK after being paid for.
WARNING IF YOU VISIT TARGET , MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT KEEP THEM FOR YOU.
IF THIS IS HAPPENING AT ALL TARGET STORES, THEIR NUMBERS ARE DEFINITELY BEING FALSIFIED IF THE CONSUMER DOESN'T RETURN FOR THEIR ITEMS.

If you like waiting 20 minutes in the pick up parking area for your curbside pick up, this is the place for you! If you'd also like to not find a parking spot in that same pick up area because people choose to park there who don't have a Target order to pick up, this is also the perfect Target for you. What is the point of having cameras in your parking lot if you are not enforcing the proof you have of people illegally parking. This target is also notorious for having handicapped places parked in that do not have handicap placards or license plates. The poor people that actually need those spaces can't park there because people who don't feel like walking would rather park there. It's not hard to use your cameras to zoom in on a license plate make an announcement throughout the store that the vehicle will be towed if it's not moved. It would also be nice if the employees didn't stand outside of the front door for their smoke breaks essentially blowing smoke into the faces of people walking in.

Second time this store has given my pick up order away to someone else. I was not refunded all the money for the items I did not receive. Unprofessional and rude customer service. I will not be coming back to this Target.

I will never step foot in this Target again! One of the staff members was so rude for absolutely no reason. I had not even spoke before he let his toxic hate spew forth. I’m sure I’m not the first person and I definitely won’t be the last he is nasty to. I feel sorry for people who work with him it must be awful knowing you have to work with this guy.

I had gone to this location today, and was looking for a reasonably priced floor fan for my room, they had a nice variety and they were affordable.

I would like to recognize Joe the cashier for their work on April 13, 2024. Joe helped me:
-Purchase a gift card on a 10% discount
-Process a purchase for formula with a scannable coupon check

I needed to get some ear buds that I needed for work. Granted I know it was 9:30 when I walked into this target but it says they don't close till 10pm. Doesn't that mean I should of been able to get some kind of help till 10pm? I stood in the electronics area for 20 min trying to get help, at one point I even yelled out "HELLO?," and that was after 2 people walked by me and I tried asking them for help. They both looked at me and took off down an aisle quick. No one ever came to help me and I wasn't able to get the ear buds I needed for work. I'm sorry but if your open hours are till 10pm then I should of been able to get some kind of help durning the 45 min. I was in the store. The People had no problem talking to me right at 10pm when all the lights shut off in the building and they told me I needed to leave And that they were closed.... JUST RIDICULOUS!
