Awesome store first time visiting this target I have did other targets only thing I see that I had a problem with trying on clothes dressing room was cluttered with clothes all over the floor hanging up you couldn't get into it not to mention it was a long line waiting to be trying on clothes but overall they have the best large selection of clearance which I love

They really need to get it together. The cleanliness is lacking. There's literal mold in the dairy section. Unacceptable.

lady at guest services refused to take my return even though it was valid, completely turned me around even though i had bought the product the other day, called a different target and they said they can take my return, i then drove to a different target where they had no issue processing my return and where confused as to how my request got denied at this target. the lady working at guest services did nothing to record my situation and simply told me its a copy right issue and they couldn’t give me a return even though the receipt and every return policy i’ve read says otherwise.

Target sucks. Only one useful feature is taking Apple Pay. The map to the battery I needed was wrong in the target app. And then no self checkout. Zero stars.

This target is so often out of basics. The last 2 times they were all out of gallons of drinking and distilled water. Not a reliable store. Produce usually isn’t the best quality either.

Typically this is my favorite target/store in the area, however, last night when I visited at 8pm all of the changing rooms were closed. Apparently, they close them at 7:30pm. The store was packed at 8pm and several us were in the clothes section (making up a 1/3 of the store) and interested in purchasing. I asked several employees to let me try on a few things as I had over $200 worth of merchandise in my hands and they said no. As I was checking out I shared my frustrations with the worker about how ridiculous it is to close them 2 hours prior to close. 30 min before I understand, as someone who has worked retail before. However, 2 hours before eliminates an entire group of shoppers who typically can only shop late at night. I put all the clothes back and took my money elsewhere. Please reconsider, for the sake of your patrons.

Phyllis the cashier is amazing. I was having a bad day and she brightened it up with her amazing jokes and sincere demeanor.

Lack of inventory and employees tend to ignore what target calls guess which we are not a guest in the store they do not offer us a cocktail or food we are customers and we need to be treated like customers

I'm super pleased with stores that have a phone app, where you can find items by aisle. The Target app is awesome.
