Stay the hell away from this place!!!! I am now stuck having to file a Negligence lawsuit against this agency, because my insurance rep at this agency told me I had coverage, then when I had an accident and went to file a claim they told me they messed up and filed it wrong and didn’t actually have coverage. Best part is the accident was on July 6th asked to file a claim a week later and didn’t tell me I didn’t have coverage till yesterday 8/17/2020. I am telling you stay away from this place, 100’s of brokers out there who will treat you way better and at least let you know if something is filed incorrectly so they can file correctly. Don’t put your personal and financial well being in the hands of this place or you will be extremely disappointed. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Brian Lasher helped my husband work through all the Medicare supplemental insurance plans. He was very helpful in getting us the best and most cost effective plan. We only have had to pay small co-pays for a couple of procedures Craig has had. It makes doctor visits stress free when you know there won't be high doctor bills in your future.

I gave one star because I have to. Having been a long time "friend of the family" I have had insurance through Tom most of my life. Nothing but headaches. I have had three separate cars totalled because they did not insure my cars as requested, with comprehensive. Now I have a notice that my insurance has been cancelled due to lack of underwriting. They have caused countless problems for my family, including nearly getting a car loan revoked because they made a clerical error and had no follow up, just continued to rake in the premium.
Edit: my review is accurate, and now Tom didn't remove a car from my policy, as requested in January. Six month of ins had been charged to me for my dead mothers car. When asked why, I got blown off and told her car was removed last month. Isn't this fraud?

Worst customer service ever..and if they switch your policy you better check i was switched but not apples for apples it cost me a fortune out of my pocket and tom wont back you up hes not worried about the customer at all..he just hopes you stop emailing him ..and never expect refunds they promise it never happens

I would recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs. I was a customer for over seven years and did not file a claim ever so I had no idea what the level of service would be like. They messed up my billing and overcharge me by over $1500. When I tried to bring it to their attention no one answered the phone at their office and I could not receive a return phone call. I had to call back twice and all I got in return was a short text message with incomplete information. I gave them every opportunity to respond and they failed miserably. Finally after I left a message and said that I was going in a different direction they called back and told me they were sorry. Sometimes sorry just doesn't cut it. Their customer service was utterly horrendous and unprofessional and I shudder to think what the level of service would've been if I ever, God forbid, had to make a claim. One of the employees told me that I would not find car insurance for less than The $1300 they were going to charge me but when I searched online I found the same or better coverage for $410. Buyer beware! Please take this seriously. I wish I knew then what I know now. Please learn from my mistake. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Unfortunately I could not post a review with zero stars so please disregard the one star that is on this review. Tom Fierst called me and told me that he didn't blame me for leaving and would do the same thing.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service experiences with this agency. Any time I have not been able to get through to someone on the first try, I have left a message, and gotten a response within that same day. The agents that have worked with me have patiently explained everything, so that I understand what is going on with my policies at all times. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for great customer service and honest insurance agents.
