There were was a long line and only two attendants but they were both quite pleasant with each customer while I waited my turn. Dropping off my packages the packages was speedy.

It’s 1:13PM on a Thursday. There is a line out the door. There is no one behind the counter and has not been for 5-10 minutes. No sound. Just people waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for … no one?

I had a great experience at the post office. The woman who helped me, an African lady was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us clear instructions on how to prepare the package and was very patient, which I really appreciate in situations like this. Even though there was a long line, it moved quickly, and everything felt smooth and organized. It was a pleasant visit overall!

A clerk entered a wrong zip code on a pkg consequently instead of Fort Lauderdale it went to Tallahassee never to be seen again! After being promised a phone call from the supervisor trying to contact the Tallahadded location I have heard NOTHING‼️‼️‼️an absolute disgrace!

The worst post office on the planet. Been waiting on the phone line and then have been hung up on 10 times now. Someone answers and then instantly hangs up, this is ridiculous. I have just been wanting to verify my address for my package to get delivered. Close this place up if yall can’t have this crap organized and working.

Not very good service waited in line there's 20 people in front of me and there's nobody working then finally one person came out but was super slow I hope they shut down the post office soon

Wait times are ALWAYS unusually soo long. The longest I waited was about 2 hours, but on average I’ve always had to wait about 30 minutes before I get to the counter. I went in today and there were only 3 people in front of me, but I was there for about a half an hour. It just seems like there’s no sense of urgency to be efficient. There were 3 employees with 1 supervisor who I saw, but there was really only 1 person working the counter. Not sure if everyone goes on break and just leaves 1 person at the counter for a specific amount of time, but sucks to see only 1 person helping people, especially when people have been there for quite some time. im not sure if it’s a staffing problem or general management problem, but training for sure needs to be reevaluated. With the reoccurring issues on wait times, customer service, and lost packages I’ve noticed here, I’ve decided to no longer come to this location.

This location is understaffed- and the staff they have are saints. Even with long lines and short tempered I’ll-prepared customers the post office workers are respectful, informative and efficient. Even with a line out the door 20 minutes before close the lady reminded us in line of the self service machines and dealt with people who needed customs help.

Waiting behind a woman buying a pack of stamps. It took the clerk 30 minutes to ring up the order! Worst service ever!
40 minutes later and I’m still waiting for a clerk who has disappeared to back room with coworker leaving a line out the door of waiting people! I am shocked about the two women working here (Woodbury MN location) being allowed to treat customers as poorly as they did!!!!!!!
I went to Hudson WI post office the following day, to double check that my change of address was entered the previous day, and the clerk there said they hear complaints about Woodbury office almost daily. I am not surprised! I am seriously not overstating the arrogance, rudeness and just utter lack of just even basic service given by these two people. If I could give a minus rating I would have.

This is consistently the worst post office in Minnesota. Severely understaffed, and the single person they ever have working rarely knows how to do anything, even selling stamps. On my most recent visit, iIwas 7th in line and waited 20 minutes just for the employee to help a single person.
