Went in today to try and swap out my device. The manager tried to talk me out of it even though there’s many things wrong with my device. When I met with a sales associate he barely acknowledged my presence and started questioning addresses in a multi line account and insisted on putsing around with those rather than helping me with my issue. I told him not to as there are multiple lines that might need that information and I don’t know what’s ok to remove and what’s not ok to remove. He continued to refuse to actually address what I came in for. Unfortunate experience and have always had better with this company.Update: I ended up in another store and discovered our address on the account was somehow changed to somewhere in Ohio. The store associate had confirmed already before messing with things that the correct address was in the account.

I wish I could do 0 stars. The guy I worked with was so rude and condescending. I can’t believe he would talk to someone the way he talked to me. Trying to make me feel stupid. I just had to walk out. I simply wanted to upgrade my phone. He wasn’t going to help me upgrade my phone cause I wasn’t going to upgrade my plan. I will never go back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They tell me I need an appointment. Cool but the two white guys in front of me didn’t need one. I literally saw them get checked in front of me. Then he comes to me and tells me I need one. Couldn’t answer correct when I called him out. Verizon you can do better then this.

I will never do business with Verizon again there are a bunch of liars I spoke to two supervisors they told me my bill was supposed to be $32 and some change and guess what I get my bill again this month and it’s $84 I called the representative up and she said why oh I’m so sorry he has a unlimited plan and it’s $84 when I try to explain to her to supervisors told me my bill was supposed to be $32 because I don’t have a cell phone and she just repeat it again and said oh I’m so sorry so you know what go screw yourself Verizon I will never do business with y’all again everybody beware of their misleading practices

Loooooong waiting time although the store is empty and only have one customer ahead of me, more than 3 agents ware available doing nothing but chat with each other, more than hour waiting them to handle my issues

Walk in and am told there is a waiting list estimated 1 hour+ to simply buy a couple devices. I say cool, put me on the list and we will be back in an hour after I grab some dinner for my son across the street. Then we are told that if we are on the waiting list we cannot leave the building or we will be taken off the list. The fact that there is even a one hour wait in the first place is completely stupid. But then holding people hostage is completely disrespectful of your customers’ time when folks are already so busy in life. I waited several weeks to find time to sneak in a trip to the Verizon store and now you have rendered my only free evening in many weeks to be unproductive.

I went in to this store because of a billing issue that I thought would be easier to resolve in person than going back and forth over the phone. The manager completely disregarded my concerns and told me there was nothing they could do in the store. Very rude and terrible customer service.

Sat there for 30 minutes to do a trade in. Both sales people were shooting the breeze while waiting for customer phones to back up while other customers were turned away.Sales guys that can multitask make more money and help more customers and keep more customers happy.

Does anyone like this store? I was going to upgrade here, but the last time I did at this shop, they messed everything up. Couldn't get my phone to switch carriers. I brought my own phone from t-mobile. Long story short after hours and multiple trips to the store, the only thing they could do was have me get another phone. Didn't work with me at all on costs for their mistake. Now I'm looking to upgrade and after reading these reviews, mostly 1 star lately, I will find another store. This place seems to have horrible management and a lack of education. Kinda disappointing considering my household spends thousands of dollars a year with Verizon. After reading these reviews and my past experience. I believe it's time to give my thousands of dollars to another company. Verizon is so big it probably won't matter much. My hope is that others read this and do the same. Maybe when they start losing millions a year due to their lack of solving problems reasonably with all these customers, a change will happen.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been with Verizon for 14 years with no issues. I went in to purchase a phone and take advantage of a promotion that required me to switch from prepaid to post paid and I would keep the same phone number. The person that helped me there screwed up and ended up creating a second account with no phone number and I was getting charged for two accounts. The only way they could fix it was to cancel the post paid they created. I had to go back to the store in order for them to cancel it and refund me for the devices and the plan. They had some error on their end and told me that “The issue will go away on its own and if you have any issues call this number.” Basically they were no help. A week later I got a letter in the mail saying I owed a lot of money for the devices and the plan. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything. As a result I ended up having to pay full price for the devices and plan because of their mistake. Definitely looking into alternative phone providers.
