Have used for all irrigation maintenance with great success. Willing to chat through problems, tips for better performance, etc.
Recently, I started up on their lawn care fertilization program. During one of the first services, we unfortunately had a misapplication that burned/stressed spots of our yard. I gave a quick call and email, and was pleasantly greeted with a thorough response and plan to correct the lawn issue and make right with the cost and future services. Patricia Swendiman handled the request and was great to work with - highly recommend her services!
Biggest kudos to Warner is when something isn't correct, they make it right - on their dime, not yours. Will continue to use their services and recommend to family and friends!

Mole service did not work for us. They came out a couple of times, and we still have mounds everywhere. Let me be clear this is only for the Mole Service. They may do a great job with everything else they do. They did communicate well when I called and when they were going to come out, except for the last time I called, they never called back until I called back over a week later. I also feel I was misled about the price. They said they warranty the results. But I found out that was only for 1 month. After that you need to pay another fee.

Good service but poor tracking and invoicing. You need to monitor and document the actual service dates because there will be discrepancy when they claimed that their mowing frequency changes from weekly to bi-weekly in late summer. They will still charge weekly despite missing service. Also, communication between their office and operations is poor.

You do change frequency so pls check with your staff. Your refund mechanism is a check not credit back to original payment method.

What a great group of people! I needed a good sized landscaping project completed by a specific date. They guaranteed me they would have it done on time and they kept their word. They actually had it done about a week before the due date. Pierre happily answered my many questions and did a beautiful design. Sam did the labor intensive job of digging rock, roots, etc. It was hot outside and Sam worked long hours in the heat. I can’t say enough about Sam. He had a cheerful attitude and he was very thorough. He goes above and beyond. It is very obvious that Sam takes pride in his work and is extremely customer oriented. He did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend this company and certainly will use their services again. They did a beautiful job! Thanks Warner’s team.

Thank you, Warner's team of Dustin (account Manager), Will, Brian, Ryan and Ben (installation) and their yellow trucks on the great job of installing our sprinkler system! We received multiple quotes and went with Warner's due to their competitive price and Dustin's friendly personality. We had a large tree fall across the lawn the night before installation and they were able to work around the debris, and our clean up efforts, and still get the job done as scheduled. As expected, the lawn had some dirt spots from digging during the job. They added seed but I noticed a few missed areas. No problem... Dustin returned with more seed and made sure all was to our expectations.
We added the Rachio controller which proved itself immediately by skipping a day as a large rainfall was forecasted for our scheduled day (it did rain...a lot). The Rachio app can also be entertaining as the "quick run" feature allows you to squirt unwanted critters at the feeder and surprise your spouse in the yard.
No more moving hoses to cut the grass! Check eBay as you may find some deals on hundreds of feet of used garden hose.

Roberto and his team are outstanding. Sum touchup work was completed today, the flowers, trees, shrubs and everything is perfect. My wife and I are recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

Warner's is a great company. I use their service for landscaping lighting , Paver Driveway care and snow removal and they are excellent. From Brad to Mike, Shane and Alberto, they are Super people to work on my projects.I will continue to have Warner on all my outdoor projects

I just have to let the world know. Megan, Tyler jonas, came out to our neighborhood. Place was messy, but after, I couldn’t just believe how an amazing job they did with the place. I believe they went above and beyond for me and my neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jason, Cal, Dave and Gary were wonderful! I LOVE my new steps to get down to the water from my yard. They fixed all of the retaining rocks as well, getting the, up where they belong. (And they were heavy!!)
I will definitely hire them again.
