I enjoyed my first experience at the Woodbury, MN Waxing the City location yesterday. I had the pleasure of working with Livia who was a knowledgeable and well trained Cerologist®. She made sure she knew what I wanted and asked me all the right questions to meet those needs. Livia was super flexible when I decided to include a foot mask add-on at the last minute too. Overall my eye brow waxing experience was wonderful and I will definitely be returning to this location and requesting Livia if she is available!!Service: Eyebrow waxing

The past two times I’ve had not great luck with the girls waxing my brows. The place is great and very neat and clean, but the service was just okay. Didn’t seem to clean up my brows the way I asked and even when I let them know, didn’t change anything. Would I go again? Probably not. Update! I had my second waxing appointment with Genevieve. It was just as wonderful as the first. This time, I did full legs and Brazilian, and I was terribly nervous about the Brazilian. Genevieve talked me through it, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. Definitely recommend and will continue to go back!I had the most amazing experience with Genevieve! This was my first ever waxing, and I was a bit terrified. She made me feel very comfortable, talked me through everything so I knew what to expect, and recommended some wonderful products to help with aftercare. I think this is like the best experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. It didn’t hurt and I didn’t have any allergies to anything and my face isn’t even red or puffy! ☺️ it is completely smooth and Delaney was nice
