Today I went to the wings Oakdale. I was there around 1230. The line was to the door. They had someone taking deposits only coming from the side room. There was a heavy set guy working. The lines was movingslow then stalled. The only guy working now turned comedian rather than say there other people waiting. I'll get a Mgr to answer your extended questioning. I have neuropathy horribly in my feet. After more than a half hour a girl returned from lunch and continued to screw up depositing a check putting money in to my savings and checking. She wrote down a note $200 checking $100 savings ,$310 back from a $610 check. It took her another 10 minutes and she got an attitude. If this line turns into the comic or conversation hour. They need to get professionals in. I went to close my account a month ago but lost my identification. I'm disgusted. I have dealt with rude jerk management here and now tellers hypocrisy. The new year won't be with wings. I went home. It's 6 pm. From standing so long in line my neuropathy flared up I'm in so much pain I can barely walk,honestly I'm almost to the point of calling an ambulance my pain is so bad. This was my experience at Wings. It will be clipping myself free of lead wings as soon as my last check clears. I will put this on every media platform I can find every week for the next year. My day was wasted and my experience with Wings a near ambulance visit.Im icing my pain. My day is shot.There no excuse for loss of integrity at this entire branch. It's management on down.

Don't ever count on using their ATM. Never works. Not to mention the other drive thru lanes and debit card machine are ALWAYS broken. Not sure what services they offer that are actually working.

Great bank if you like to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There’s only one way to make a payment on your credit card. Terrible rates.

The first teller I went to was an asian girl who was very rude and abrupt and never called on me when it was my turn but instead called on an asian guy. That resulted in an additional wait for me.

I agree with many of the reviews. Very nice people and great office/location, but the phone system is horrible. Literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at the branch.

My dad worked for Northwest Airlines for 42.5 years, retired in 2000 and died December 2022. He has a joint account with my mom all those years. Mom reported his death to make sure their Visa card would be safe. They canceled their joint card and won't allow mom to have her own card without reapplying. We also have to cancel their joint checking account because years ago they allowed me access to their account. Now mom has to open a new account, contact numerous businesses to change a bunch of their automatic bill payments to the new account and buy new checks. What a shock to see my parents treated this way after so many years of loyalty to the credit union and when this would be a simple process at a bank and during a difficult time of life for us. Dad trusted them to help mom. We're so disappointed. We're going to cancel their account and add it to mom's other bank account at Huntington instead.

I’ve put literally millions of dollarsThrough this particular credits union and I have deposited the same builders business check for two plus years and today they call his business account “personal” and proceed to tell me they won’t honor the check when he has funds as do I! And when these DAME EXACT CHECKS HAVE CLEARED FORTWO YEARS STRAIGHT! Unreal how they truly do not care about they people that bank with them! If you want some of the best customer service you will ever receive bank with WESTconsin Credit Union beyond professional and they CARE AND VALUE the customers!

Wifey drove to wings cancelled the card received a new one on the spot.Ha Ha crooks Wings We Luv U Sincerely Torres family ..We will be with you for ever Thank You Wings...

I have always been greeted with a smile and a how are you, or a good to see you. the tellers are friendly, polite and.make me feel like a person, never just another person to deal with. When I need to talk to someone about other things, I am thanked for using Wings. the person who sees me is very helpful and patient with me.This is a great Place to bank!!!! ? ?

Was just on hold for 15 minutes suffering through "easy listening" music periodically interrupted by prerecorded messages about all the wonderful things Wings can do for me, and then the line rang a bit and I was hung up on immediately. Maybe Wings should add "answering phone calls" to the list of wonderful things they can do for customers.Edit: I called a second time (same day), and got a representative after a few minutes. I asked her a question, and she said she would transfer me to the correct department. I waited another 15 minutes on hold, and then gave up. Will be closing my account.
