Don't come here!!! They steal your bars, they force you to wash your trailer even if it's clean and pay them themselves and they don't have a time to leave. I spent 10 hours waiting for my trailer and to top it off, they don't like you to ask them anything and they steal your bars.

0 star, they are unprofessional, they say we dont know when your truck will be redy. May be 30 minutes, maybe 2 hours, may be 2 days. How a person doesnt know what is he doing? In short, loading took 8 hours and plus they stole our 2 load bars. NEVER COME HERE!!!

I just talked to a gentleman on the phone who claimed I was talking a mile a minute, the only thing i'm trying to make sure of is that they don't preload a trailer for a load when i'm an owner operator for a company who has drop trailers there, the guy couldn't understand that I wanted to make sure that it was a live load i asked to speak the traffic and what's hung up on? I don't know what has happened here lately, but the service has gone downhill pretty fast!

7out of 10 time JBS loads are not ready. I always wait more than 24 hours. I guess these types of companies are responsible for industry struggling

The most nastiest and stinkiest place ever came here to pick up a load and the security office literally smelled like piss and ass and stinky arm pits and as if somebody was ripping as the whole time I came here to check on my load and they said it’s not ready yet when my trailer was in the dirt lot but I was being told it’s being loaded plus their was a English barrier the security office workers had an issue understanding me when I was talking to them in fluent English.
