Every week we experience either our mail was delivered to a neighbor up the street or we receive a pile of mail from someone on the other side of Olathe. The carrier that delivers on Wednesdays comes late in the afternoon, usually after 5 p.m., and drives like a maniac. There are many children in our neighborhood and I fear for their safety. The real problem is that the USPS is a monopoly and we have no other choice but to use them. Horrible service!

One worker went out of her way to process our passports in a timely manner. We appreciated it very much.

It is the end of day 3 dealing with this post office. Lost package, carrier swears she put it in the parcel locker...it was too big for the locker. There was no scan completed to signify it was delivered. Rob or Jerry said, really busy, sometimes they forget to scan. But still no package. Called multiple times to talk with Post Master Cindy. Always busy, and never calls me back, believe me I have asked her to. They have told me for 2 days that they are going out to the subdivision to check into it, but have yet to get a call back from Jerry! They changed their story when my sister went to the post office this morning claiming maybe it was put on the porch...a note would have been left in their mailbox. No note, no package, no delivery scan..and they were home all day. Package was mailed on 12/18 - Priority Mail. NO ACTION, just plenty, plenty of excuses. Totally incompetent!!

I am always getting someone else's mail and my mail never shows up. When you call the guy that is over this location you get some rude country bumpkin who is to lazy to call back, once you harass him enough & does return the call he won't help you. If I could give the Olathe Post Office a zero I would.

Personnel in this Post Office are rude. I initiate a temporary change of address to direct my mail here every year and mail is never delivered without a visit to the Office. This visit, the staff said someone must have changed it back, (not true), but "I fixed it!" When I asked how this could have happened (since I didn't reverse my change of address order), the clerk said (in a shouting voice) "look, I said I fixed it, that's all you need to know." I asked to see the post master and he said "she's not here." This is a persistent problem with this location (and not other Post Offices)-they do not update change of address information in their system or with their carriers.

Honestly do not recommend sending mail through this post office, if I could give it zero stars I would. I run my own business and pay for full shipping for items and constantly get my items sent back to me so I have to repay shipping. I've never had this happen before until I came to this post office.
