I was charged about $100 to swap 2 tires (no balancing) onto trailer tires.
I was asked about my satisfaction.. I objected to the price - I was blamed for the rate.
I would not trust them without an advance written quote.

I like that they did an inspection after the oil change. Fortunately I had been having trouble with the car not starting and it happened in the shop, diagnosed as the battery, which they made time to replaced. Got me going in no time. I always ask a lot of questions which were answered.

They replaced the transmission in my Tahoe and did a wonderful job! As a woman - I don't always know who to trust with my vehicle and/or what is wrong with it. Mark, the mechanic, thoroughly explained everything and all of my options. Was sent pictures and video of why it needed to be replaced and after it had been replaced. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Lenfer and will recommend them highly to everyone I know. Thank you sooooo much for the incredible service!!!
