“I bought a gift for a family member online, to be shipped. When I didn't hear anything beyond the initial confirmation email, I called them. I was told the guy who did their shipping was out due to a family emergency and would ship items when he got back on Monday. OK, not a big deal; I figured my items would still show up in time for the holidays.Lo and behold, when the gentleman got back into town, he dropped by my house to hand-deliver the items! Now that's A+ customer service.”
