We've always had good service from SRC and this time was no exception. I needed a new dumpster since we've had ours over 30 years and the bottom was almost broken through. I called and within two days a new one had been delivered. Thanks for all the good years!

Starting to have increasingly more issues with them. From missed pick ups to a warning letter due to "too much organic waste" to now they just put the stuff back in the can they don't want to take. I can understand when you cram a can completely full of grass clippings or a whole tree.... And when I called to say our trash was curbside at 4:30 in the morning and I had video evidence on multiple cameras (ring and 2 exterior garage cams) customer service still insisted that we didn't have our can out and the driver reported it as our error....ummmmm recorded video on CAMERAS! Today there were broken prices of plastic hose reel no bigger a shoe box That were placed back in the can. The can was not over full by any means and everything was contained inside. There was absolutely no reason anything should've been placed back in our garbage can. It wasn't toxic waste or chemical or batteries. What am I missing here? The only thing they are encouraging is for people to pack things in plastic bags which will inhibit any chance of breakdown or compost. GREAT JOB SRC!

Called for the 4th and last time to try and get over charges handled. I was charged an overflow charge for my lid being a couple inches open, after calling them time and time again about my garbage can not being emptied completely. I was told by Vikki to just put it in for the next week at no extra charge. They charged me anyway, and after calling they would not take the charge off my bill and Vikki was a completely rude person about it. Praising the truck driver saying he would never do that. I asked if I needed to film the pick up and she got extremely rude over it. Anyway canceled service while on the phone and will never recommend them to anyone. Complete lack of business sense. Do not care about customer issues.
