Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in today and the bold woman with red hair was a liar and was extremely rude. I know it's a dollar store and hard to find people. But OMG vet your people better. Multiple times I have come into this store and it's always the same one. Not only did she state that they didn't do something at that store for many years!!!!! Um lie, it hasn't even been there for years. They just opened. Seriously get better employees.

Normally when I visit this Dollar Tree, it is always a fantastic experience. Familiar faces, and my children love all of the simple crafts to choose from. Today I made a visit to the store accompanied by my mother, two boys (3 and 4”5 years old) and nephew (also 3). We were in the store for no more than 5 minutes collecting Halloween crafts, and the children were very excited, showing their grandma all of the cool stuff they were finding. The children were accompanied by myself or my mother the ENTIRE time, anything that accidentally fell when they were showing they were quick to pick up and put back, or my mother or myself did.
An employee came down the aisle i was in, picked up some adult crafting items as it appeared, and then said, “Oh my god, really?!”. Then the employee, by the name of Beth (allegedly) confronted my sons and nephew telling them not to play with something (a peg that holds items). My son has very curly hair and accidentally had gotten his hair caught on it, and a stuffed animal had fallen near him. My mother and I both looked at her, shocked at the tone and rudeness she took towards such young children. I was completely appalled that a grown adult could speak like that to little children, let alone a small child who had their hair caught on part of a shelving unit.
Words were exchanged, and I asked the employee what was wrong with her, and asked her how she could speak to little children that way? She shouted that she gets so sick of picking up, and I told her that the boys were not leaving any messes, and if they drop something, we have them pick it up or we do so ourselves. Literally, we were with the boys the entire time, and mind you, this wasn’t even 5 minutes in the store.
I told my mom, “It’s okay, let’s just go, we can go someplace else.” The employee then shouted rudely, “Good!”
Other words were exchanged which are a little blurry because I was so caught off guard. A fedex or ups guy came in and suddenly she spoke nicely to him, to which a comment was made of how it was the nicest she had been, but when we left the employee totally lost it and mimicked a high pitched voice and said, “I’m sorry I don’t talk like this all the time.” Making tons of hand gestures and what not.
She seems like a totally unstable individual who obviously doesn’t belong working with the general public, let alone children.
I will avoid this store moving forward, my children were scared speechless, and it was super uncomfortable. Absolutely terrible. All
The fantastic employees there and good visits we have had were totally ruined by this crazy interaction. If you have children, I’d avoid going here.

This Dollar Tree was one of the best and neatly stocked stores I have been to in some time! Not many boxes in the aisle space other than what staff was actively working on while I was there, which added to the shopping experience. The way things were organized made logical sense to me, and things were grouped accordingly. I will be back!

I loved this store until the cashier decided that I couldn't use the divider thing to divide my stuff from the
person in front of me I guess it was interfering with what she was doing...she was very rude and grabbed it out of my hand...

I cannot express how great this place is. I usually find what I am looking for and they pretty much always have my needs in stock. You can tell the employees care by how clean and organized the store is and all the cashiers are helpful and very friendly.

The Zimmerman Dollar Tree is well stocked and the staff are nice. It is a new store so hopefully it stays this way.

As dollar trees go this is a nice one. Lots of items and will organized. I was surprised at how many craft supplies they had. Of course lots of Christmas items and a much cheaper place to buy your wrapping paper and gift bags.
