“My wife and I have been coming here for a little over a year. Really couldn't ask for a better gym. Plenty of equipment, and they have been upgrading periodically. The sauna is HOT!!!!! and the pool and spa are wonderful. The people are friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Can get busy with high school kids, but it just means it's an awesome place to be. Tons of lockers and hot showers. You really can't go wrong with this place. Tanning beds have great bulbs, and there are 2 available.”

“Wonderful environment to be in. If I have any questions I'm able to ask the manager and the people around me how to use the equipment etc. I was nervous when I first started to come but now I love going to the gym!! Definitely reccomend getting a membership here:)”

“I love this place. I alternate between the pool and the machines. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed is having a TV screen by the rowing machines or moving some stationary bikes behind the treadmills on the upper level. Also, I wish the hot tub would be replaced! :-)”

“This is a super clean gym, with beautiful equipment, nice bathrooms with tile showers. They have vibrating foam rollers and even massage guns to target tight areas. Im very impressed with this gym. They also have a fun board upfront to unite members using games and challenges.”

“My family has been coming here for a number of years on and off and we really enjoy it. The staff members are very friendly, the facility is very clean and there is plenty to do. The only hindrance at times is the price. I understand though, to have a nice facility it takes money. Definitely worth a visit, even if its just for one of the classes like swim lessons.”
