It is not a big performance shop, but it is a great place for affordable, quality work on a motorcycle, especially Harleys. The mechanic, Chris, is described as a very nice guy, flexible, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He does awesome work and does not cut corners. Customers report that bikes run better than the day they were bought after his service. He gives a fair and reasonable price, and is super easy to deal with. One customer noted that after a horrible experience elsewhere, the bike runs awesome and is ready for a 10,000-mile road trip.
