Bought a electric heater from here in December. Plugged it in and didn't work. Brought it back 6 months later and they said it was way past the return date. But the manager was really really nice and processed the return!! That is very good customer service! Definitely recommended this ace hardware!!

They are so courteous in there and help you right away and if they don't have what you need they will recommend someplace else.
