This has happened to my sister four times and to me twice but when we drop off our Amazon packages because IT IS a Amazon site the owner always refuses to give us receipts that we dropped off the packages. The first time he did it to me he had a complete meltdown when I asked for a receipt so I got intimidated and put the package on top of the other packages that were in a pile and I never got my refund I couldn't prove it cuz I didn't have a receipt! Amazon was kind enough to give me a receipt but I dropped off four packages today and he again had a complete meltdown but he finally gave me a receipt, he says he's doing as a courtesy but he doesn't have to give us receipts then he shouldn't be a Amazon provider if he can't give receipts I'm sure he's getting a nice fee from Amazon so for letting it be a drop off point I am definitely calling Amazon tonight because this has happened six times now he harasses
my sister and myself because we want receipts. And I buy things there whenever I need something from the hardware store I will never ever go back again.

Went in to Zumbrota Ace this morning to purchase a surplus bear hunting permit. The guy behind the counter who I think may be the owner got belligerent with me and moved towards me in a threatening manner. I had to physically retreat from the store with my hand up in front of my face. He followed me into the parking lot and took pictures of me and my vehicle. I was legit afraid of this Ace employee. Needless to say I will be finding a new hardware store to shop at. It was a very frightening experience.

Bought a electric heater from here in December. Plugged it in and didn't work. Brought it back 6 months later and they said it was way past the return date. But the manager was really really nice and processed the return!! That is very good customer service! Definitely recommended this ace hardware!!

Went in found what I was looking for. And notice they changed everything around. So much more stuff. But very nice and clean. And alot more necessities.. and everyday things. Nice remodeling. And the workers were very friendly and helpful.. and found so much more then we needed.
