I purchased a used minivan from these folks and they are top-notch. Not only did they have the car totally gone through by the local Chrysler dealership, but when I called to see if they had done an oil change on it while it was in their possession, they said they had not but Insisted on paying for the oil change. So they reimbursed me in full. That is not something that you see nowadays. What great customer service! I highly recommend these folks.

The assistance I received while shopping for a mobility van was excellent. This was my first attempt at purchasing a van for my daughter. My wife and I relied on group home staff to provide transportation but with staffing concerns and limited options we decided to purchase our own. Kaleb was excellent to work with. He was informative, considerate and gave me as much time as I needed to make a decision. He offered to me the option of test driving the van for a day or two so that I could be certain if it was the right fit. I am happy to say that my daughter loves the van. The smile on her face was priceless and it is proof to me that the purchase of our van from Kaleb was worth every penny.

Caleb was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was upfront about what the vehicle condition was. I so appreciated his integrity and how he handled us- with care and concern- he actually cared and did his very best to guide us, let us get an off site inspection done and was incredible to do business with. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for any type of vehicle- I know they specialize in wheel chair accessible vans but the vehicle we purchased was an SUV that a buyer had traded.

Caleb and Izaak showed so much patience and understanding as we were waiting for the county waivers to go through. The whole process took months longer than anticipated but in the end, we got the van we needed.

Very helpful, very friendly experience trying to finally sell my mother's wheelchair van. It was very tough to let go of, Kaleb and Tyler were very accommodating and fair and attentive, which made that comparatively easier to get through, a night and day experience versus MobilityWorks. My husband and I have had our wheelchair accessible van from Summit Auto for over a month now. Our life changed 5 months ago when my husband’s mobility required a power wheelchair and we found out he couldn’t go anywhere with me without a wheelchair accessible van. Working with Leon at Summit Auto made purchasing a van so easy! Knowing almost nothing about such vans, Leon explained different features available. There was absolutely no pressure put on us. As there wasn’t a van to meet our needs that day, we appreciated how Leon listened and wrote down all of our needs and wants. About a week later he called to say he thought he had found the van for us. He did! It was! This van has been a life changer for us as once again we can go places together. We highly recommend Summit Auto.
