Marty, the AT&T expert, patiently sorted through numerous issues that arose while transferring our phone numbers from a different carrier, and then activated one old and 2 new phones. Marty held firm with the customer service reps we needed to contact and resolved the issues in a direct and professional manner, on our behalf. I would have lost patience. Marty did not. I appreciate Marty's efforts.

Sales guy was amazing. Only problem I had was with automated call in service with my combined bill. It seemed that no one was equipped to terminate my cell phones. Took close to 2hrs to accomplish.
