We thought this place was great very nice and helpful AT FIRST… We purchased our car and traded in our old car through them. Everything was good then we go to get our new tag and find out they never sent over the title work. We finally get them to send it after many phone calls go to get the tag and we get hit with a big late fee due to not getting the tag within 30 days when we literally couldn’t. We contacted the dealership and let them know they said they would reimburse the late fee by mailing a check. We agreed but no surprise we didn’t ever receive a check! On top of that weeks after we had traded in and purchased the new car my husband is hit with a late payment on his credit for the car we traded in! A car we no longer even owned. After calling to find out what happened it turns out this dealership never even sent the pay off to the bank we had the loan on the car through. Finally they send it over after some more phone calls but this late payment hit is still on his credit which we have to dispute now. At no fault of our own. It’s disappointing to not have things done the way they should have and a customer have to stay on a business to do their job. There is no reason all of this shouldn’t have been taken care of by the dealership in a timely manner! We should not have to have made sure these things were done ourselves. We have purchased many cars at many dealerships and never experienced something like this!

Young first time car buyer!! Went to some other dealerships that couldn’t help me.. went to Jays Auto in Aberdeen told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they found me the perfect vehicle!! Made me feel like part of the family!!!!

Edited to say that i ended up getting a 4Runner from Jays! I am 3 hours from them and they didn’t hesitate to help me. His team worked tirelessly with me for 3 days over the phone to get my payments where i needed them! Finally i got things approved and they DELIVERED to me! No questions asked! Such an easy experience, and they make everything so understandable! Would definitely recommend them any time!Although we decided the vehicle was not for us, the Jay’s Auto team worked very hard to ensure we had all information we needed to make a decision! Even from over 3 hours away, they provided pictures and information about the vehicle we had in mind with no problems! The customer service was second to none! Great people! Would definitely keep them at the top of my list for car buying, even from hours away!
