My 85 year old dad that lives alone had a thermal coupler go out on his 3 burner propane wall unit on a Saturday after 12:00 noon. After I called them and they said they closed at 13:00 I knew I wouldn’t get there on time. Not only did they wait on me (it was their last coupler of that size) they encouraged me to do it myself ! I had no problems replacing the broken part!!!! Michael and his coworker are to be commended for their compassion when the elderly need it most during an ice storm. Sincerely,Marie Dendy

They had Everything that I needed and the store is fully Stocked with just about anything that You could want from a Building Supply Store and the customer service was Excellent
