“I’ve always used Oreily’s for all my parts, and over the years I have spent a good bit of money there, but last week I sent my young in-experienced daughter by there to pick up an oil dipstick I had ordered because she was going to be in my ride heading to work. She was nervous about putting the dipstick in herself because she had never done it before so I told her to ask one of the associates to go out and either show her or put it in for her and they would not go out and help her. That upset me pretty bad. All the money I have spent there and they couldn’t take a few seconds to go out and help her.”
