Awful service. Her license is dated 1997 and she hasn't learned anything new since. Took 4 hours for 3 people's appointments but did not even do anything close to the pictures we showed her. Used dirty make up and make up brushes when I asked her to take something off she said she thought it looked good and left it, asked her to blend she did not. We 3 collectively decided to just fix it later and say everything was fine for sake of . My own hair style included a French braid but she did a sloppy regular braid and it became clear to us we couldnt rely on her.but the kicker by the time she started on the bride, a regular customer walked in( or a friend, as she knew all their names and spoke accordingly) and she immediately dropped the bride(who had already taken out her own curlers because of how long she was waiting) to wax this customers eyebrows. It doesn't matter if eyebrows take 5 minutes We had been there 4 hours and she was on the last person and it was incredibly rude! The bride at that point had told her we were running late and were going to end the appt. (Bride only had curled hair, no makeup other than her own foundation.) When she was told she did not do 200$worth of work she verbally attacked us and continued to claim it was our fault for not telling her we didn't like it.even though we had and she ignored us and we could tell she had no clue what modern styles were. Even though she took off the price of the bride I strongly recommend saving your time and money and just do it yourself like WE had to. Btw Heather, we all redid our hair and make up within an hour and the bride looked beautiful! If I could rate negative I really would.

We had an appointment at 3:30. A woman and her daughter walked in after we were seated and the stylist tended to the woman AND her daughter before us. We’ve now been waiting 45 minutes AFTER set appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment??
