Seth Parker just saved the day for me and my husband! The feed that we’ve used for years with our Team Roping Quarter horse was pulled from the shelf with no heads up. After driving to 5 locations this week with no luck we decided to call Amory’s location. Seth went above and beyond for my four leg baby! He not only had the feed in stock but also confirmed this item had officially been pulled from the shelf! He was knowledgeable & suggested alternate brands to help transition too! Thank you again Seth!! You’re the best!

9/14/2024 I purchased a bag of dog food that was full of moths and maggot looking larva. I don't know what kind of crazy math their computer is programmed for but to exchange this item on 9/15/2024 I would have to pay over $124 (including tax) for one good bag of dog food that is normally $89.99. I left the buggy bag of dog food in the store and video recorded that I did leave it in the store. I dare TSC to respond to the contrary, that would be liable. I did use $34.82 in reward points when purchased, it appears I lost that plus more.
9/18/2024 update. The store manager called me and advised me a bag of dog food was being delivered to my home. He apologized for the incident and informed me the employee who caused this mess had been dealt with. I had given them a 1 star review because of this negative experience. Upon reflection that was unfair and I have changed it to a 4 star. One bad experience does not negate the excellent customer service I have received these past few years since the store opened in Amory.

I had the best customer service today from Cliff. I had ordered a grill not realizing that model came already assembled and would not fit in my car. He then brought me inside and we talked about the options. He told me I might be able to have it shipped. We then decided to just get a different type of grill that would fit! I’m so grateful.

Went to store paid cash over $600 for chicken coop. They had to order it. Suppose to b here n 3 days well now they say they didn't c order had to call customer service to get money back. Call them has to b added to gift card then they empty gc and send check withn 3 days. I gave u cash I should b gave cash back. So mad right now! Very disappointed at how this is being handled!!!
