This dollar general needs all new employees.
My husband went in to get something’s we needed. And there was no one at the register as usual. Then he tapped a can on The counter. And then this woman appeared she glasses and told him to leave She was in the office. I think I’m not sure cause I wasn’t there, but my husband was. She was rude I have worked customer service all my life. I’ve worked at Dollar General. And the Dollar General that I worked at The managers and the store employees were not rude The customer came first we took care of the customer If you’re in the back doing something or in the office doing something you do need to pay attention to the front end. That’s where all your theft comes from not paying attention. I really feel this. Dollar General needs to fire all the employees from management on down and find new ones. I will not shop there again and I will continue to slam them as much as I can You people do not know customer service If I were to start this as a rating I would say -5 stars because they do not know customer service. They do not care about their customers. They just wanna paycheck. I will continue to rant and rave wherever I can about this Dollar General until they switch all the management for management on down

One of the cashier's refused to ring up items using my healthy benefits card/app stating it doesnt work half the time and ive never had trouble at walmart with it ..
