Take5 Car Wash in Batesville was a great experience today. I usually use the Take5 in Grenada, but I was shopping in Batesville, and I decided to swing by there. Pat assisted me as I was paying, and he kindly offered to explain the different car wash options offered. The service was outstanding from all the guys on duty, and I left pleased with the experience. Grenada needs to add the Pro5 Detail Center. That feature is nice! Thanks, guys!Services: Auto detailing

Excellent customer service!! My floor mats were filthy... covered with mud and sand. I asked an attendant if they could spray them off. Not only did she spray them off, she scrubbed them with soap then rinsed them off. I let them dry, and now they look like new!

Pat ran to my car quickly to help me pick the right wash. He even went the extra mile to process my payment so I didn’t hang out the window. All smiles, friendly and I could see him moving to a higher position in the company due to his exceptional service, friendliness brightening my day.
