My car broke down on my way up from Louisiana to Chicago and Jay's shop took care of me. They got me towed and fixed in a timely and cost effective manner. I had issues with my catalytic converter and my cars computer and Jay's was the only place that had the equipment to help me out. I really appreciate this place and what they were able to do for me. They helped me and they can help you.

As a trucking company owner, I’ve used countless call out services for our trucks. This time though it was my daughter that shredded a tire. Jay’s got to her quickly, price was very reasonable and the gentlemen that helped her was awesome. Highly recommend these folks!

Had my truck towed to their shop, they had it for a month and couldn’t find a rim and tire for my truck, so i had them fix what they could. Took my truck to a different shop and it turns out they didn’t fix anything properly so I had to pay for everything twice and they wouldn’t give me my money back and told me I had to go through their insurance which has been a nightmare. The lady at the front desk and the manager don’t have a damn clue what they’re doing. I wouldn't recommend them at all, you’d be better off having Hellen Keller work on your stuff

Didn't even want to give a star. Told me they would tow my truck for 500. Found out I had insurance and there went the bill. My insurance called several times and nobody would answer. They sold me the truck said they would help me out. Sure did they charged my insurance company over 15,000. The truck broke down the first day. $$$$$Would not recommend them.

I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again.After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man. I enjoyed our conversation on the way to Freightliner.Jay’s is a wonderful family owned & operated business.
