Gross place. Blood stains on carpet in both of the rooms we purchased. One of the rooms smelled like straight weed. Me and my girlfriend both woke up with bites on our hands and feet. The man at the front desk didn’t want to talk and looked like he wanted to kill us. This place looks like a place where someone would overdose.

My room was filthy the table tops were sticky the bed was hard as a rock floors where not swept and we found dirty old panties under the couch and long blonde hair in the bed

Do not stay here!! Their room smelled like mildew and the floor was wet from condensation I believe from the air conditioner being plugged. Disgusting and could not sleep! Room 207 was gross!!

Bed bugs, for real. Room 108, they were crawling all over me!!!
Update: Brandon was so kind and helpful. He helped us move rooms, replaced a refrigerator in our new room, and returned $20 I had left in rm 108. I really appreciate all the work he did, he's a great employee.
Unfortunately, because of the bed bugs, I still do not recommend. I did find one hitching a ride home with us in the clothes that I bagged separately from rm 108. That is disastrous and terrifying.

Beware! The 350$ I thought I was going to be spending this week turned into almost 500$ in random fees!!!! Originally we had booked a king suite but upon checking in we quickly realized the AC unit was broken in that room, “the only other room available” according to staff was a TINY 2 bed unit for my and my husband, how nice, separate beds… not… but we didn’t complain there was just happy we had AC. Then the random charges start rolling in… 88$ 29$ 27$ and the only one they could answer me about was the 27$ one which was for “pets”. -10000 stars.

Stayed there with a softball group, and it was absolutely the worst experience ever. The room door would barely secure and the bed was full of bed bugs! I told the front desk about it & he told me I couldn't get another room due to it being full. The ONLY reason I stayed was because we lived hours away & surrounding hotels were full & I didn't want my daughter to miss her games! The cleaning staff also notified me that the room wasn't being properly cleaned due to staffing issues. I showed her & I suppose the maintenance how filthy the beds were. (A TOTAL OF FOUR PPL OF STAFFING NOTIFIED)It had stains,hair & crumbs left from the previous stay! I don't recommend it, nor will I ever stay there again!

Very rough!! I traveled for business 4-5 nights a week for 40 years, all over the country and this was the first time I left in the middle of the night because I did not feel safe. The creepiest bunch hanging in the parking lot and wandering the halls I've ever encountered. Explained to the clerk as I left why I was leaving, not wanting any refund, and would be happy to speak with management if they wanted to contact me later. Never heard a word.

The room was clean & the service was friendly at check in. I spent a good 10mins chatting w/ the front desk lady including telling her I had a service dog & providing documentation when asked (which is NOT legally required)! Only to wake up at 9:30 am with housekeeping banging on my door & getting charged $27.50 “pet fee” which you are not allowed to charge for service animals. I was going to book another night due to the friendly service but now I will be booking elsewhere.

theres like, actual blood just chilling on the curtain. and the rest of the room is genuinley filthy. crumbs and stains all over the place. hallway leading to the rooms is just filthy theres beer bottle caps laying around. the outside doors have key card locks on them, but they dont lock theyre just open so thats reassuring.
