I paid extra for earlier delivery! The delivery driver says that my drive way was unaccessible. That is not correct my drive way is wide open. There is nothing keeping anyone from driving up our driveway. So now I paid extra for delivery for no reason. The driver refuses to get out of her delivery vehicle if she hears a dog barking INSIDE the home. If we are home she will blast her horn non stop till we come outside to get our package, and if we’re not home, we just don’t get it cause she won’t even walk up to our door and drop it off. Our door does not get opened if you just put the package into the main box at the END of our driveway. This is the third or fourth time this has happened. I’m getting really fed up with not receiving our packages because someone hears a dog barking INSIDE. Our dogs are kenneled during the day. No dog is gonna run out of a shut door. I wish I could put Zero stars. I need my money back.

The Batesville P O won't hold mail after you fill out the hold mail card & they also lost my Husbands medication that the VA sent him.

Had package sit there for over a week and would not answer the phone. Had to report on website so hopefully something happens. This is not even my local post office so going there is not an option

This PO is the worst. Packages are consistently being mis-delivered. They have delivered 5-6 packages to the wrong address just in the last year since I moved to Batesville. This has become absolutely unacceptable. I have gone to the Post Office numerous times, but really don't get much help. They wonder to the back for, oh, 30 seconds and come back saying they don't have it. They will check with the carrier. So on and so forth, but they DO NOT fix the problem. I am beyond frustrated with the service my family has received. There is a problem every 2-3 months like clockwork.As a pharmacy technician, if I "mis-filled" someone's medications every 2-3 months, that person would stop using our pharmacy, use a competitor, and I'd more than likely lose my job! BUT, since USPS is all we, the public, have for mail delivery, we don't get that choice now do we? I guess that's the problem; they know nothing can or will be done to fix their issues. It's a "we don't care" attitude. The constant package/mail loss is poor service at best. I have been married for 24 years and I have lived in 2 homes in Texas, 1 home in Central Mississippi, and now here in Batesville. I have never had this much trouble at any of the previous addresses as I have since moving here.ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Hey guys! HOW ABOUT, Stop registering packages (That you've had for 2 days prior) as "Delivered" after being marked as "In Route" all day, just so you can falsely Complete your route to clock out. It's the having the nerve to then take it back to your facility & mark it as "arrived at facility" for meeee. How many times does one package have to be out for delivery?? thanks! ?

Mail and packages are frequently lost or delivered to the wrong address. I frequent get mail that belongs to someone else. I hate to use the post office anymore unless I pay for certified mail. It used to be so good. Horrible!

I worked at this post office for 6 months. Terrible coworkers, pitiful management, and a hostile work environment. No wonder the usps is broke. Glad I found another job.
