Mrs. Amy was exceptionally professional and never once seemed upset dealing with my complicated return. If she was an employee of mine I would definitely recognize her great efforts and reward her. Very unresponsive. Worked at Walmart, where I was supposed to receive a $100 e-gift card. Instead the woman who did my taxes misspelled my wife’s last name, and then put the wrong email address. Now I have spoken with the manager 3 different times as well as their corporate to get this resolved only to not receive any information from this company. Absolutely horrible. Last time I try to get my taxes done professionally. This establishment is anything but.

I've been using Jackson Hewitt for over 12 years. I absolutely love them! Mrs. Carmen has done my taxes for at least the last 3 years and is always so helpful. Mrs. Anna did them this year and she was amazing as well! 100% recommend them!
