Storage facility is clean, very accessible and open 24hrs. The online signup was easy, and would recommend to anyone looking for temperature regulated storage. Signing up is super easy.

Downsizing to a smaller unit went so ezWhile getting trash out called and asked if smaller unit was available it was so we did switch on phone at that moment and moved that day Also received credit to account. All in one call EASY ?

Climate controlled to a certain extent. I didn't see any bugs which is a plus. Over all a semi decent building but I don't like the front door being chained .makes for a long haul to the location where my unit was. And a little on the pricey side .

Don’t even deserve 1 star! Horrible, they messed up on their end and then blamed the customer. They make it impossible to satisfy a customer, in fact they make it a horrible experience for anyone. Especially when the representative starts cursing at you and think it’s ok. Then the supposedly manager would not let you talk and hangs up on you.

There is no one ever physically onscene, so it's impossible to say if the surveillance system works, and if there is a break in, you may not know until weeks or months later.And no, you can't look at the storage units before you pay, and no, you can't choose which available unit you wantEdit: The front door is broken and doesn't shut, you can push it off the tracks and walk straight in (as per the note on their very door)

Twice I've had to have a family member come let me out of the gate that is supposed to automatically open when I pull up to it since the only time anyone answers their phone is when you want to rent a unit. Regular customer service choices don't answer.

It's a little more expensive than outside storage, but the climate controlled containers are clean and easily accessible. They even have handcart that make the process much simpler

Save your money and store your stuff on the street. Gates and doors didn't work half the time we used them. After several months with no issue but needed to store some more valuable goods for a week and got broken into. The cameras don't work or they won't share footage with local police. On the bright side their insurance offered 10-15% of the value of our loss but they still haven't sent a check after 4-5 months.

Since Red Dot took over our "local" storage unit facility, it has gone downhill fast. Because of price increase, I recently came to cancel and clean out my unit. Upon arrival, I found it had been broken into, the camaras are not working and the gate was broken. So now I had to file a police report and have to deal with insurance. Unless things change a lot and for the better, I would not recommend using Red Dot Storage.
