I have had money in my account and tried to use my card and it gets declined and then the overdraft protection sucks when really needed. I will be going to a different bank.

The lady made fun of me for having all my money stolen from fraud and then blocked my line from being able to call back. I am on vacation in Illinois. I have to cancl3 my trip to go home because i cant fund my vacation and they won't get me a new card or refund my account. They blocked me and now it says i cant call because im not subscribed to the service. I dont understand how people can be so heartless.

Update**** ATM is down again 06/23/22. Three weeks after original post. I will continue to post every time the ATM is down at this location!**** Bank itself is ok when open but they close at 4:00 Mon-Thurs and 5:00 on Friday which makes banking in person impossible when working a full time job. I've been to the ATM at this same location 4 times this month trying to make a deposit and EACH time the ATM has either been out of order or deposit function not available. It is frustrating not to mention a waste of time, money and gas. It should NOT be this hard to access your money or account. If they aren't going to pay their people to work the hours that their customers need, they should at least invest in having proper working equipment. Or perhaps an app or post showing when the ATM is down which is 90% of the time so people do not make a special trip to accomplish absolutely nothing!

The ATM at this location has been broken 90 per cent of the time for the last year. And, for some reason, they won't replace it with one that works. And, since this is the only Regions ATM in the area, that is a real problem. You'd think they would at least reimburse you for having to use other ATMs when theirs is broken.

This is the worst bank in the area. The people that work inside are great and helpful, but whoever makes the decisions for this Regions needs a new job. If you work an 8-5 job you cannot get to this bank while it's open. They have no Saturday hours. Their ATM is broken, so you can't put money in or get it out outside of their hours. They schedule people so there's only 2 working on the first of the month or payday, so there will be long lines if you are able to get over there. I strongly advise banking elsewhere.

This location is SLOW. One dive up teller and one inside teller but they have 4 windows. The teller had a 40 minute conversation with a woman about her kids and random ignorance while the lobby had 7 people waiting and the line just kept getting longer. MY ADVICE “CHANGE BANKS”

I hate the fact they want business owners to call and order change but they never answer the phone to even take the freaking order!!!! Very aggravating!!!

The tellers are friendly enough but they are super slow. I think that this bank may have only one person handling both the indoor teller window and the drive-up window.I go to Regions very seldom because the account there is my son's and just has my name on it. At my bank, when I use my ATM card, it not only shows me the date the transaction posted but also the date it actually took place. Asked Region's' customer service why this wasn't done and she responded that it wasn't possible Really?? Need new software maybe?Just knocked this pitiful excuse for a bank down 2 stars. NO SATURDAY drive thru service at ANY branch on the MS Gulf Coast. Another business taking advantage of COVID to give LESS (and WORSE) service. Stock owners take note and dump this l**** before it's too late!!

My elderly mother moved here recently from TN and wanted to know where she should move her account with a substantial amount of money in it. I work at a local bank here, but I had always received great service at Regions in NOLA and downtown Gulfport, so I advised her to go to Regions. She was treated so poorly by the teller at this branch that she was almost in tears. The teller was rude, unfriendly and spoke down to my mother as my mother asked her questions about depositing a very large check. My mother asked me why I would ever recommend Regions to her. I was horrified and called to speak with a manager. I was told they were busy, so I left my name and number but never received a return call. We were going to pursue financial investment advice through Regions, but will now pull all of her money from there and put it elsewhere. Do not visit this branch if you can help it. I am appalled that the staff is allowed to be so unprofessional.

Poor service. Belittled me for withdrawing money on my unemployment card. Definitely felt hatred, maybe because I'm receiving unemployment because I lost my job due to covid19 and have no choice right now, like many don't. Many like myself were making more than this measly unemployment and your tellers want to belittle me? Shame on you. Did you think many people lost what they've been working for for years and will not even have a job to come back to. Families to take care of with little job opportunities. Be lucky to have a job and don't shame someone who's withdrawing money from their unemployment card. You do not know their situation and shows YOUR true colors and content with your life and your managers. Your team is only as good as their coach. Too many credit unions and banks to choose from.. Don't believe me go see yourself. I challenge your V.P. or President to respond to this review at their convenience so we may discuss this matter in greater detail.

Was not told the specific guidelines of overdraft coverage and that there were different types. Upon clarification I was unable to get my overdraft fees back. This company has taken hundreds from me in overdraft fees, either because charges weren’t showing up correctly one day and were the next, or because of something like this where I was under the impression money could not be drawn out of my account if the funds weren’t available and I was unable to check my account online because neither the app nor the website were working. Just to top it off upon calling customer service I learned there had been a recent data breach. Regions is a cheap excuse for a bank and I will be closing my account today.

Terrible service. Spoke to Pamela and was completely blown away by the rudeness and lack of customer service by this associate. She was rude and short and basically lost the branch my business.
