My friend and I were Biloxi. On our to Island view from Florida. Forgot to check my gas , and we ran out. Walked to the shell no gas can nothing. I did not get his name. Im kicking myself. Got me a gas can, tooke to my car and put the gas in. Thank you so much for what you did for me. You went above and beyond. She'll pay attention you have an Awesome Employee

These are the slowest gas pumps on the coast. And if someone else is getting gas on the same island as you, it's even slower.

Price of gas is comparable to other stations.
The pump speed is set to crawl. It takes FOREVER to pump the gas.

Wife just called me all upset. What ever wacko cashier you have working at 4 pm on Wednesday the 3rd of July. Just screamed at my wife. Saying you need to calm down lady, after all she said was that should be 12 dollars for some lotto tickets. He was psychotic enough to have the gentleman behind her yell back at him and say dude you are way out of line. Obviously someone with this mentality shouldn't be dealing with the public. Money and a cash register. Or God forbid thousands of gallons of gasoline.. and to think she drove 5 miles out of the way to stop at this particular station. WE WILL NEVER GIVE THAT BUSINESS OUR MONEY AGAIN. Hopefully management reads this and can distinguish which ahole they have in their employment that needs to be fired!

Disgustingly filthy! Parking lot with trash, entrance door so dirty it made me not want to touch it. Clean the place up!!! You make Bay Saint Louis feel dirty and give ALL Shell gas stations a bad reputation on cleanliness!!! I will certainly not stop in again. Also keep receipt paper in the pumps!

Usually good. Not today. Third time in a row had to go inside for receipt after getting gas and guy behind the register caught. Keep paper in the machines!

This is not shell gas, blown the fuel pump of my car after getting gas from here. Seems like they r selling unbranded gas. Thats why they r selling it for cheap

Store associate incredibly rude. I pressed the wrong button at checkout and instead of politely explaining how that specific machine worked, as I asked, she was visibly aggravated and exceptionally rude. I am not the type of person to get mad for no reason and be a "karen" but this particular associate needs to be removed from working checkout where she has to deal with people because she clearly doesn't know how to. Too bad I didn't get her name. That was my first time there and it's 100% my last.
