Fulmer's General Store, located in rural Beaumont, Mississippi, offers a charming and peaceful experience away from the busy city. Surrounded by pecan trees, the store features a variety of attractions including a garden shop, historic cabins, a horse barn, livestock such as cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, and pigeons, as well as farm dogs and cats that roam freely. Visitors can see strong Percheron draft horses plowing the fields with homegrown vegetables. The store boasts vintage farm equipment and nostalgic memorabilia, creating an old-time feel. Guests can enjoy baked goods like fresh bread, cinnamon rolls, pound cakes, and pies, along with home-cooked meals such as meatloaf, turnip greens, cucumber salad, and potatoes in white sauce, all tasting like they came from Granny’s kitchen. The bakery and hot plate lunches are served Monday through Saturday. Fulmer's also hosts annual events like a Christmas dinner, winter celebration, and the Mississippi Pecan Festival, which has been held since 1986. Visitors appreciate the friendly service and the chance to walk dogs and see farm animals, making it a unique and memorable place to visit.
A good place to visit. Just to slow down, relax, enjoy a old fashioned meal. Look at a space in time, that was hard but good.

This place is awesome. It's like cracker barrel that's not mainstream. Most of their stuff is made in house. Grow their own vegetables for the food and everything.
