My husband and I were having car troubles half way into our 12 hour drive. We found McCord’s Auto Service and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did. I called prior to arriving so they knew we were coming. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by a very nice man who immediately pulled our car into the shop and got to looking at it. We needed a part replaced and the mechanic found the part downtown and had it ordered and at the shop in 30 minutes. My car is running perfectly! I have never had such an amazing experience at an auto repair shop as I did at McCord’s. We were treated with such kindness and respect and he made sure to tell us what he was doing so we knew what was going on. If we lived in the area, we’d use this auto shop regularly!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They always give me good deals, staff is always friendly and helpful, and never takes long for their work. Definitely recommended and undoubtedly will be back.

Never has the size tires you need in stock and a few years ago they bent a rim on our car putting tires on it, wouldn't own up to it and we had a vibration until we got a new rim for it. No vibration just old tires when we got there, bad vibration with new tires when we left, called them and they said we need a front end alignment, got the alignment at our local shop and the mechanic warned before the alignment the rim was bent and alignment wouldn't fix the issue. Got it aligned anyways and ordered the rim online, had our local shop change the rim out and switch the new tire to it and no vibration, rode smooth then.

Great staff was late for work and I called enroute they were about to leave for lunch I explained my urgency they got me in quick without an appointment patched my tire and had me back on the road when they could have just as easily asked me to come back after their lunch hour which wasn't a possibility for me. Thanks for going above and beyond!
