“Fast at changing tires. They are also very good at alignments. They did my truck this week and it rides a lot better. No complaints at all. But before I took it to them it was the bouncing in the front and was pulling to the left and after a steer tire change and alignment the bouncing went away and it no longer pulls. Good job Goodyear”
“I was broken down on the side of the road in my motor home in Golden, Miss on a Sunday afternoon with a flat tire (blown). STM was contacted by Good Sam Road Assistance. They replaced the inner rear tire. Did a great job. I was up and running 1.3 hours after they arrived. Took longer to repair because Jordan could not get the inner tire loose. Jordan was very professional and curtious. He was sensitive to my situation and made sure I was satisfied with the brand of tire put on the motor home. Two different brands but same size. Very satisfied. Over all good job.”
“The only people that I'll allow to work on my vehicles. Dealt with other mechanics before discovering Tri County Auto and they just never measured up. I took my car there last year to have some issues looked at. I haven't had a problem out of that car since. They do good honest work and don't try to take advantage of their customers like some shady mechanics just in case any ladies are looking for a place to get their car issues taken care of.”
“Things are constantly out of stock. But, I guess that is just apart of life right now. Parking lot is always clean, bathrooms could use some work. Hard working cart "grabbers." And the little food court is good & cheap! I'm glad they finally brought the salads out, and are available. I wish they had everything that they advertised, on their video menu. Oh and they do now have sushi rolls, but they are alllllllll the way in the back, by the bread & frozen meats. They would sell more, if the were in the cooler where they put the salads. It could even possibly help the flow of the one, or maybe 2 people working the little food court counter. Because the sushi is already made, they just need to pay for it, then eat! I really do enjoy the scan & go, on the app. You don't have to touch too many things, like possibly germs.”
“Can't say enough good things about this place. We were en route from IL to FL and our van started shuddering. My husband who is a minor vehicle maintenance kinda guy tried to tackle the coil, spark plug, and injector in a Auto Zone parking lot but unfortunately changed the wrong one. We took it to Firestone on a Sunday and before they closed they let us know the problem and would fix it in the morning. It was ready to go by 8 am Monday morning and we were back on the road. It was only $140. They could have very easily taken advantage of us, but they didn't. They were honest, helpful, fair, and affordable. Kudos.”
