Katalina was a wonderful multitasker being very attentive at the closing hour. At 8 PM, she had me and 2 other customers and handled all of our needs in a professional and timely manner, extremely polite and very helpful. Full of knowledge of any questions that Either of us, customers had, I will definitely be going back to this AT&T. Venue in the future for all my needs. She's a quality employee.Thank you have a great day

Had one of the best experiences at AT&T today. Travis was amazing. Such a great personality, very knowledgeable, and if I could have stayed the entire day with him I would have. Great location. Great service.

AT&T is a horrible company to do business with. I had the first generation fold phone. The phone wasn't made with a hinge so the opening and closing the phone damaged itself. In future models they put in a hinge. To AT&T it was damaged so they wouldn't honor the policy I'd been paying for years to get an upgrade in (I think) fifteen months. I had to pay the phone off which was $450 to honor the policy 🤔. How could this company not know that you have to have your phone when you're in business 😒...crazy. If I heard the representatives blame the company policy one more time my head would blow up. Just give us good customer service and if your staff has to repeatedly cry policy every five minutes then your policies are bad.

I was with Cspire for years, I just switched to att and totally night and day!! Cspire gave me a hard time and my number didn’t get completely ported, I went into this store, and the manager helped me out no problems. I couldn’t believe how easy and how much better it was than my previous experience with Cspire. I would def recommend this store especially, it’s a totally different atmosphere than other stores. Everyone that was there while I was, was totally satisfied and got the help they needed with no problems…this will def be my go to store from now on…

AT&T store here is truly amazing Gomez and Travis are great at what they do! If I need any help or any more help with anything it will be through those two. They really made the whole process enjoyable getting new phones!
