I've never had a better experience in customer service. Art was the coolest guy. we had such a bad experience at our previous provider. Art gave us such a better price. We will tell all of friends and family.

Had an awesome time today w Travis and the Manager and another customer there! Traded in my iPhone paid off from Verizon got a huge credit on the new iPhone 15 in PINK I am so in love with it. Also set up my business account and got a line of business for home internet for my son!!! Couldn't be happier new phone new number and all cheaper then one Line with Verizon ?? THATS HOW U DO BUSINESS !!!!

Let me start off by saying that I don't really like change. I was fine with my Note 9 even though the rest of the world was using the S23. I guess my Note 9 was ready to be laid to rest because it started acting up. So, I figured it was time to upgrade. I drug myself into AT&T on Beauvior Rd in Biloxi. Travis was the salesman that helped me. He talked to my first to find out what I needed in a phone and took me to the Fold 5. My search was over on the first try. He helped me transfer all my stuff, put on my screen protector, connected my ear buds, explained my new bill, and even showed me features I would not have had the patience to figure out on my own. I went back about a week later when I wanted a speaker and he made sure I got it. He was so helpful. ..... and funny. Had a great time running up a bill with this guy.

Excellent customer service! Starting service is always nerve racking but Art made it feel easy! His coworker and manager were pleasent as well it felt like family!

Employee slurred answering and I was trying to switch plans from one carrier to another. After repeating myself 3 times (her brain wasn’t functioning for “some” reason) she then just hung up on me….I will not buy my 14 iPhone and plan with this company

No stars! i called to see if Bay St Louis,Ms store was closed on Sunday or maybe they were at lunch. They had no sign saying gone to lunch. Called the Biloxi store to see if the Bay St. Louis ms store is closed on Sunday the Biloxi store but me on hold then someone answered I asked the same question without an explanation nor a hold on to let me see from the rep I was put back on hold again. Google makes you put a star to post

My wife and I drove over to our local AT&T store to upgrade my iPhone today. We met a very personable young lady who did a phenomenal job helping us make our purchase, download my data and erase the data from my old phone. AT&T needs to do whatever they can to keep Tish employed there! We highly recommend this store and Tish if you need help with your AT&T phone needs.

I went in because I was having trouble accessing pictures and receiving a shared album. The sales person in very broken English kept telling me I don’t know how to do that , you have to by more storage. I don’t think she understood my problem and I certainly didn’t understand her. She was very short with me and didn’t seem at all interested in helping me. I went to another ATT store and the customer service was much better and she solved my problem. Will never go back to the store on Beauvoir and won’t recommend anyone else to go there!!!

Rashaunda gave amazing service. She greeted me with very good energy through the door and ever customer after me. She made sure to explain everything and give every available offer from accessories to phone plans. This was the best experience i had in a mobile device store.
