I upgraded my iPhone from a 6 to a SE 3rd gen. I went to the Edgewater AT&T store this morning and asked if I needed a new SIM card. The gentleman said no, then changed the SIM card from the old phone to my new phone and tested it to make sure it operated properly. I asked if there was any charge and he said no. I have been with AT&T for many years and appreciate the service that I received today.

I came to the store the get my tempered glass replace. The associate was wonder. Very nice, warming, and made my visit easy and enjoyable. I am only unsatisfied with the product you all sale. This tempered glass is cheap and is already cracked again. I believe the is meant to break easily because it can not take any drop damage. This is about the 5th replacement and it's already damaged again. AT&T the cheapest vendor is never the best vendor.

This agency is the the worst, they are liers 100%, they just want to sell, I went with my husband the first week of February 2024 and they offered us an ‘excellent deal’ to trade our phones and now my Bill is almost $1000.00 so we went there to get help and they have not resolved anything. They are charging us a lot of taxes that we don't know where they came from and didn't explain to us the details involved in the supposed ‘perfect deal’ they are offering. A complete disaster!

I just left AT&T to get my screen protector replaced and the service was fantastic ! Preston was a big help and assisted all my needs! I love coming to this specific AT&T store because I always get the best service and customer service! I will definitely be coming back here to shop

Absolutely amazing team at the AT&T Edgewater mall location. Team is friendly and fast to greet you the moment you enter the store. The manager and his team are professional and happy to assist. I will return to this location for me needs!!

Great experience at this wonderful store! Go see my friends who helped me at a moments notice. I wasn’t ready to upgrade but they took such care of me it was the easiest process yet. Even recommended accessories and ways to save money! I will be back if I need anymore Att gear from these great guys. From a lifelong Att client and someone who works all day from there phone, thank you very much.
