Was one of the most Helpful and Knowledgeable associates I've had the pleasure of dealing with at AutoZone most of your associates are helpful but very few greet you with a smile coming in and a wave going out. She did both and was very helpful in helping me find what I needed quickly which was very appreciated

My sister and I were in Gulfport/Biloxi for the day when my car completely stalled at a turn light getting onto Beach Boulevard. The battery had DIED! I called the first Autozone listed when I googled them. A girl named Izzy answered and listened patiently to my panicked plea for help. She gave me the number to the Beauvoir Rd store which was closer to where I was. John was at the Beauvoir location and looked up what I needed and said he would send someone to change my battery and sold me the battery over the phone. A short time later Izzy, who had gotten off work at the other location, volunteered to bring us the battery! She came and put the new battery in my car, no small feat, and asked me to follow her back to the store so she could check everything before we headed home. Izzy and John were a godsend today! Thank you both very much!

If you would have taken the time to look at my headlight, then I would have not purchased the headlight bulb right now. Thanks a lot. Return in the morning. It was only loose. Bad customer service.

The workers here are great. They immediately greet you ask for what you need; they’ll grab it for you too. Very quick and efficient shopping experience. The place is also very clean and organized. Their location is somewhat hidden, but other than that everything looks good to me.
