Great ice cream and the workers gave nice sample sizes to ensure I choose the best one.

The only ice cream place I ever saw in a casino. I had 2 scoops in a cup with a wooden spoon. But it was so good after a very long day. Tourist trap prices but I didn't mind

My family was in town so i brought them to Ben & Jerrys for an after dinner treat. We had the pleasure of being served by Katelyn. Like last time i was here, she showed no signs of stress even though the line was crazy long(it was the after dinner rush I'm assuming). She greeted us with a smile, took the time to ensure we all had the opportunity to try any flavor. She was incredibly fast, professional, courteous, and even remembered me from last time.Last time, I was so impressed with her service I wrote B&J corporate. I followed up this time with her to see if her management had let her know. Unfortunately they either still haven't received the feedback or have not shared it with her. In today's workforce in the service industry, it's important to show gratitude and praise to those who decide to not only show up...but also excel at their service and/or craft. Katelyn knocks it out of the dang park...and I hope she gets recognized accordingly.

I order a one scoop ice cream. It is only a kiddie cup that costs five dollars. Two bites of ice cream for the price of a half gallon

It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream ? it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness is a big deal.

Pro tip: Ask for a plastic spoon. Asking for it will earn you the scorn of the adorable - but obviously low on life experience - girl at the counter who will say "I guess you hate the Earth, huh?" when you ask for it, and then repeat the line when your friend also asks for one, but the wooden spoons they give you are disgusting. They taste like wood. Who would choose to eat ice cream off wood if they have a choice of literally ANYTHING else? The ice cream is good, but man - the wooden spoons are nasty. Anyway, overall, recommend. But don't let them con you into eating your ice cream off a tree. If they're so environmentally conscious, why not split the different? Why not a wooden spoon with a thin, plastic, biodegradable glaze so it wouldn't affect the taste? You'd use less plastic but still not ruin the thing people come to your store for: the flavor of your ice cream! Also, when you draw the spoon out of your mouth after taking a bite, wooden spoons have too much friction. Everything about them is just off-putting. ASK FOR A PLASTIC SPOON OR BRING YOUR OWN (or get one from any of the hundred restaurants in the building who don't have some ridiculous, misguided, virtue-signaling "green" initiative ruining THEIR food. If anything, this girl obviously hates TREES!! (thought of that comeback about 15 minutes too late; ha! Take that, hippie gen Z girl!!).

Ice cream is freezer burned and taste bad. Ice cream is melting by the time they hand you the cup. Paid over $5 for freezer burnt ice cream sucks.

Loved our visit to Ben & Jerry’s. We live in a small town and we can never find my son and husband’s favorite flavor, Phish Food. They were pleased to see it offered here. Ice cream was excellent and the customer service was great. It was very busy and all staff were working hard to get everyone served. We will definitely return.

Just to clear the air, I would NEVER give this place 1 star on an average day. It forced me to give 1 star In order to absolutely slander this “chain.” Out of vanilla ice cream, out of cookies and cream, and out of penicillin shots which I was in DESPERATE need of after dealing with this TERRIBLE staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone and a friend of mine had ciggerette ashes in his milkshake. Be safe out there guys. #cancelbenandjerrys
