The good people at Cook's Automatic Transmissions are helpful and honest! After hearing the bad news that I needed to replace my transmission - I took by truck to Cook's and found out different. The truck runs great. I reccomend Cook's without reservation.

If you are needing any transmission problems Cook’s is the place to go!! We weren’t sure what was going on with our truck so we took it to Cook’s. They had it for 2 days but it never acted up while they had it and drove it. They could’ve told us it was any type of problem and charged us a bunch of money but instead they were honest and told us the only thing to do is to drive it and bring it back if it acted up again. And get this… they didn’t charge us one cent!!! They shouldve atleast charged us for checking it out but they didn’t. If you want a business with integrity then Cook’s is the place for you. Thanks TJ at Cook’s Transmission. Y’all are my transmission guys from now on!!

Highly recommend. Professional and Quick service. Didn't charge me for a diagnostic and was kind enough to recommend a shop when it was discovered to not be a transmission failure. I will go to them if I ever have to get transmission work done!

I recently took my Jeep to Cook's, and the service was outstanding! From the moment my Jeep arrived, (from another shop) they were amazing . They took the time to explain the issues in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated.
They kept me updated on the progress and were transparent about the costs involved, with no hidden fees. I feel confident knowing it was handled by such skilled technicians.

I just called for a price on a transmission flush for my vehicle. They guy I spoke with was so great! He advised me on what to do for my vehicle instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary services. It's so nice to find honest mechanics. I will definitely remember them if/when I need help again.

Super nice and honest
Was able to get a quick diagnosis and back on the road in no time. Luckily just a shifter cable in my corolla while Mr tj walked me through all possible outcomes from simple to serious. I'll be back and tell anybody needing transmission work in the area. Thanks again yall.

The guys at Cook’s Transmission are the BEST! We’ve taken our truck to them before and did a great job. But today, when checking out a new used car, they were kind enough to thoroughly go through the vehicle and also give recommendations on our car buying process. I can’t say enough for how wonderful they all were, don’t hesitate to stop and check them out.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIANCE!!! I just bought a 21 expedition and called to see if they could do a service oil and filter because the vehicle made a noise when downshifting, JR said to bring it over so he could scan it and do a road test to see what it was instead of spending $650 on a service it didn't need. I showed up the next morning and we drove it with the scanner running. In the end the trans was not the problem, no charge !!! Great people!!! I highly recommend this shop!!

Without a doubt the nicest and most honest auto repair team I’ve ever dealt with. I was a victim of the horrible GM transmission mass failures. As bad as that was to deal with these guys made it bearable. I went to Cook’s after the GMC dealer tried to absolutely rip me off. The gentlemen at Cook’s did a remarkable job and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ll never go anywhere else for transmission work.

I manage a fleet at a local tree nursery. We brought a Ford F150 in for repairs they diagnosed the issue quickly and rebuilt the transmission. It has been several months now and we have had zero trouble with the truck. Highly recommended cooks transmissions for quality work and customer care
