Tried to phone several days in a row during regular business hours, and nobody ever answers phone. This would seem to be problematic for a business that sales phones and wireless plans.

The salesman will not let me pay my phone bill in their claiming the system was down and when I called later he would not answer the phone and he kept hanging up on me

Went in to remove a line and add a line back to my plan. After getting all the required info went back to store. The young man working that evening was technically smart but had no customer service skills but got the job done. Today I got my bill and he had selected the wrong plan causing my bill to increase by $30. Won't be coming back to your location.

The Gentleman that helped me at this location is Excellent in ALL areas of Customer Relations. William knows about what's in stock, special prices, and helps with finding you the best deals for your Needs, Budget, and ManufacturerModel Preference. Even in the situation I was dealing with at the time I first came to this location, William went above and beyond his duty! He helped me get a great deal on my Favorite Brand and Style of Mobile Phones. My Cricket Wireless Phone was left in the CTA Bus seat and not given to the CTA Bus Driver by the person who found it. Even "Find Lost Device" App never located it. None the less, I was able to replace it with a much better phone with William's assistance.Thanks William and Thanks Cricket Wireless! Also, Thanks for the HBO MAX paid monthly subscription!Very Nice Indeed ?

Terrible company to be with service is okay internet is slow regardless of when you pay your bill no kind of customer loyalty programs or anything like that no grace period at ALL!!!!! I’ve been with cricket for 5 years and I’ve paid my bill on time all the time and I get nothing for it ATT Verizon and ect big name company have loyalty programs or some kind of reward and you get nothing with this company but representatives who know less than you do about the products and services they offer and a smirk when they’re wrong but want to try to know more than you do I only switched to a smaller company because I got tired of paying 200 dollars for a phone bill but I’ll just pay that instead of being treated like my service doesn’t matter switching and won’t be back
