Literally the worst experience a person could have.
Needed 4 new tires on my car which I was told would take about 45 minutes. Ok. 3 hours and 10 minutes later and several trips to the garage only to find every employee playing on there cell phone did i make a comment to the desk that maybe my vehicle could get done if someone put their phone down and went to work. 10 minutes later I had my car. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

They charge far more for a full synthetic oil change than any place I go to get one. Sadly the price difference is usually by more thank 25-35%. It may be time to change companies. I’ve had my Firestone cars for a long time and you’re just getting out-priced by companies doing and offering the same Servicez for less. Why would I pay more just to use you? Probably my last oil change with you guys. I can go to take5 oil change and get my oil changed in about 5 mins. I walked into firstone, there were 0 customers there, and it still took 45 mins to get my oil changed and I paid about 30 dollars more, but not before they tried to charge me about 47 dollars more. So sad. This company needs to come up with the times for basic car care services. This is not going to do it. Also take 5 will scan my VIN to tell me all about my car. The girl at this location yesterday was new and the mgr asked her if she even looked up my cars info before putting oil Change information in the computer to get a price. It might be nice for them to start with finding out year/make/model of my car before quoting prices. I understand everybody has to learn: so when you are not busy like yesterday, you teach instead of hanging out laughing and chatting. Think I may have to tear up that Last Firestone card. No benefit to having it anymore.

New tires installed but told they couldn’t do an alignment, to contact a “high end dealer” … I took it to Goodyear and they did it same day. NTB also said they could do it same day. Don’t understand why Firestone couldn’t.

Chris and the guys there are always easy to deal with, stand behind their work and are always reasonably priced. They take complete care of my truck. Would highly recommend them.
