We got our car towed there with a radiator problem and knew that we were going to need a new radiator. They took it in the shop and said in addition to a new radiator we would need a water pump, thermostat, 2 motor mounts, 2 new hoses and all the spark plugs changed!! I told the guy that we just had the spark plugs changed less than a year ago. He was like oh i guess we will just take that off of the list. He said the total would still be 3500 dollars which i knew was insane. He said the engine jumped so bad when they checked the motor mounts he got scared. I knew something was very wrong with what they were saying so i took it to a competitor a couple miles down the road and found out they lied about everything except the radiator which i already knew about!! Got it fixed for 870!! I will never go to that place again what a rip off!!

One star is too high: I'm giving one star just so I leave a review. I had brake issues and needed to have them checked. I had a male friend with me to ask/answer questions. We were almost immediately told that we would have to go to the dealer. An offer to have it checked was not offered. “you gotta take it to the dealer”. We didn’t even get a “have a nice day”, either. Went to your competitor and 30 minutes later they had me back on the road.

My last visit with Firestone was good. Customer service, the length of time spent at the store, and the knowledge of the staff was all good. Staff was professional, kind, and took out the time to listen to every customer needs that walked through the door.

Horrible experience. They didn't fix the problem that "they" diagnosed and I was charged for 3hrs labor that only took 1 hour. I feel like I got ripped off.
