I felt like my experience here was not welcoming at all. When I walked in with my sister, we were only greeted. We began looking around and a little later, some other customers came in. Emily, an associate there, was quite attentive to the other customers in the store. Whether it was greeting them, telling about all the sales and deals they were have (there were multiple ones:BOGO. Buy one get one 50% off, and the tops were all discounted) She conversed with them and such, then another customer came in and the associate was attentive to those customers too. Engaging in conversation or asking if they need any assistance. Not another time were me or my sister addressed since the first greeting we had. Only at check out did she speak to us again.I don’t know if it was racial profiling or because we didn’t look like we could afford anything (even though we had multiple items in our hands for 10-15 min) but overall the whole experience felt off.

First off, my friends and I walked into the store today and didn’t even get a greeting. Second, one of my friends tried on a romper and put it back on the rack after she was done and the woman working accused her of stealing because she “didn’t leave it in the dressing room”! She should be fired. My friends and I felt quite disrespected and we won’t be returning.

When we entered assistant manager Kaleigh greeted us and even helped us the whole time we were there and even gave encouraging advice.

So I walked into the store, and I was instantly greeted with a smile from two girls. One of them walked up to me and began talking to me about how my day was going. It was nice encounter. She eventually gave me her name which was Maddie, and she began to help me shop for a wedding that I had no clue about what to wear. I was so clueless. Needless to say, Maddie asked her coworker for help. She introduced herself, and her name was Marissa. Together, they picked out a complete outfit for me to try on and even reminded me that I was going to be the one wearing it, and my opinion mattered most. I felt like they were actually trying to help me rather than just sell me some clothing items. They helped me until I was finally ready to check out, and they knew I was happy with the choices that I decided to go with!

I shop here for gifts when I want something unique. Prices are a bit high, but it seems like you get what you pay for, so it's alright. I'm also a little frugal so the prices may be spot on too lol. The ladies who I've encountered here are always friendly too. So I have no complaints and will return again. :)

Store is apparently under new management as of this month and is obvious. I took my girlfriend here a year ago and had atrocious service. Today we went back to try it out again and the place is so much different now. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm so glad they have this store on track now! Shoutout to Ms. Katie for helping my lady find exactly what she wanted!

I've visited this location twice with my wife. Both of these visits were very disappointing, to say the least. Much like the review posted before my own, the saleswomen here are pretty relentless and very pushy. One woman in particular was exceedingly rude to my wife and I on both occasions because we insisted that we did not need her help the first visit. Also, during our first visit, the pushy saleswoman got so upset that it was very noticeable to everyone in the store, including her manager. We didn't want her help, so she proceeded to be extremely rude to my wife by violating her personal space, reaching in front of her, practically shoving/knudging her with a product in hand when it was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. This second time around, I didn't even recognize or remember this foul woman. I gave a jolly/kindhearted farewell to two woman (including her) when leaving the store tonight only to receive a scowl and a "mhmm" from one of them. I look up to see the same woman from the last visit, free from the chains of her manager, acting spiteful and butthurt as ever. To you ma'am, don't quit your job at the mall. I'm sure you couldn't handle the professional requirements of any other job/career outside of the mall, let alone any other noteworthy job inside the mall. Francesca's standard is low at this location. Don't waste your time.
