Man, I've tried twice with this shop. First time was an oil change and an alignment check. I was waiting and realized it was taking way too long, so I asked and they said they were doing the alignment. I told them that I didn't even sign off on one. They argued, and I said that I wasn't even shown the graph that shows it unaligned to even sign off on it. They said ooops, our bad so I didn't pay for it.
Second time I brought an older hoopty car, so I understood mistakes happen going in. But I told them they had to manually put the key from start to run he wrote it down and said ok. Well the mechanic didn't get the message and he kept the engine running while in the start position and burnt up a brand new starter. Like I said, mistakes happen, but they tried to hide it by keeping the car running in the parking lot. It's a loud car so I went and turned it off. Went back and paid and when I tried to start it up it spun but didn't engage. I went back in and the guys said he'll bring the mechanic out to hit the starter again.... Again. So they knew they messed it up and tried to pass it off by keeping the engine running while I paid. When I went back in they were basically like "ooops" ya got us. And said they'd buy a new starter and install it. Which is good. Bt they were gonna send me home knowing damn well they destroyed my new starter. I don't like when people smile in your face while stabbing you in he back. I'm glad they offered to replace it, but if they are negligent enough not to follow basic directions, idk if I want them to actually work on my car.

Bad service I spent money with them I tried to come back to get my alignment re adjusted they say the person leaves at 4 but they don't close til 6 like my thing is I've already paid for it now you don't won't to fix the head guy saying he can't make the person stay it's not about that I've already paid you should want to stay and fix your work you didn't do all the way cause I needed to go to another shop which I did now all of a sudden the guy leaving at 4 o'clock like they just got the money and said F me in my opinion that's bad business and I will not spend any more money with them nor will any of my people

Towed $60k vehicle after calling letting them know I will come to store it wasn’t even sitting a full 30 days. They don’t care to come to resolution for there customers.

Always helpful, they offer a first responder and a military discount. Not as pricey as you think, much more affordable than the dealership.

A week 1/2 ago I took my car in to be serviced also TPMRS light was on. I was told that the senor was bad and need to be replace. I had it replace got in my car and drove a short distant and the light came back on so I called right back and ask the guy if I need to turn around and come back cause I was 2min from the shop. He told me no just keep driving and the light will go off. Well it didn't ( I don't live in Biloxi) so I took it back a week later and they did something but it didn't work. The light is back on. I feel like the didn't replace the senor but charged me for it and that's why the light keep coming on. I will not be going back there again .

I brought a single 18inch wheel and tire in to be mounted and balanced. I picked up the wheel and tire in a hurry due to having to pick up kids from school. Got home to find the inside of my wheel had been gouged in multiple spots. This was a brand new wheel out of the box. It has spots all the way around the wheel.

Had a small tire leak that was causing my tire pressure light to come so I used this location as it was close to my office. The customer service is great, especially James, and the prices to repair were awesome! My tech, Breland, made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Would use again in the future!

I would highly recommend this place I broke down I was out of town my gas gauge was off I ran out of gas had to Get it towed although it was super embarrassing I was relieved that he was so honest I picked my car up all I was charged was the price of gas no charge for anything no even time or diagnostic it was $17 and some change I was so thankful that Mr Jeffery was such a super nice guy from the time I talked to him on the phone til I walked in it was a laugh for all of us but he recommended I stop and put gas in my car if I ever break down in that town again I know who to call !!! Thanku Jeffery and Thanku for the Lyft driver Titiania for recommending me so much appreciated !!!

I was super impressed with their service! My mother-in-law had a flat and needed some battery work… They got her in and out quickly and with a very fair price. I’ll definitely go here again!
